Denk ich an Deutschland - Familienreise

Grandma Kriemhild, her son Michael and her grand-daughter Clara travel to Poland on a trip to discover their family’s past. Kriemhild spent her childhood in Lower Silesia before she and her parents were displaced in 1946. Today everything has changed. However, a visit to the Kriemhild family house brings back childhood memories that the old woman tries to convey to her granddaughter. Gutman offers a very personal reflection on the concepts of homeland and being a stranger, youth and death, past and future. (DOK.fest München)
