angielski Yeah, well, badass chicks and dumb guys are all the rage in Hollywood these days. Plus, Tanya Wexler has as much of a clue about the action genre as I do about cooking or how to darn socks. But unlike her, who is not able to pull off a single interesting action scene in this femi-terror, I can at least manage to cook hard boiled eggs :o) Her previous film, Hysteria, was very nice and decent, but someone should tell the executives to stop forcing women where they are not comfortable (with honorable exceptions like Kathryn Bigelow). PS: This time, botox didn't do to Beckinsale as much damage as it has done to her colleagues (Nicole Kidman says hello), she’s still hot. ()

angielski A fascinating film in its own way. There is something wrong in every scene, but also something somehow different. Maybe that was the intention and it's about art, but I think it's more just plain mismanaged crap. ()

angielski Well, this was terrible. I thought I would like it because Kate Beckinsale and I are in a warm and balanced long-term relationship. I like her and I'm always happy to see her again. Thankfully, she has no idea I exist, which makes our relationship perfectly harmonious. In this case, I was so disappointed that the only thing that could cheer me up was her accent, everything else annoyed me and made me want to push the red button. Speaking of which...Let's say you're a person with a severe impulse control disorder and you get seizures that turn you into a violent monster. If you're aware of this and you want to suppress it, what's the point of a red button? If you really have zero control over your actions, you can have ten buttons, but who's going to push them? But the writing is full of such nonsense all the way through, so there’s no point in philosophizing about it too much. Susan Sarandon definitely left the strongest impression on me; the moment she appeared on the scene, I almost wet myself. A powerful moment of horror. I still flinch at every loud sound I hear. I’ll be kind and give this 2*- ()
