Mrówka Z-4195 jest zwykłym robotnikiem żyjącym w miliardowej, podzielonej na kasty społeczności. Pewnego dnia zakochuje się w pięknej księżniczce Bali. Mimo że sytuacja wydaje się na początku beznadziejna, postanawia za wszelką cenę zdobyć ukochaną. Korzysta z pomocy najlepszego przyjaciela księżniczki, Weavera. Początkowo Z-4195 spotykają same niepowodzenia, ale los niespodziewanie uśmiecha się do niego. Nie tylko zdobywa serce księżniczki, ale zostaje też uznany za bohatera. (Polsat)

Not only great animation, but, most importantly, a refreshing, funny story, which I liked more than the overrated Shrek. It's worth watching in the original, if only for Woody Allen and Sly Stallone. I also loved the many funny references to film classics.

Made in the same year as A Bug's Life, but a few notches better. At least as far as I’m concerned. The bugs have the correct number of legs, the film has a much better story and Woody Allen has perfectly transferred his neurotic personality onto the main character. Unlike A Bug’s Life, which felt hasty and half-baked, Antz seemed more compact and professional, which is obvious given the cast.
