This is the story of Catalina Sont (Dory Sontheimer), a Catalan pharmacist and optician of German origin who, educated as a Catholic in Franco’s apostolic and Roman Spain, at the age of 60 and after the death of her parents, discovers the real identity of his family: generations of Jews with a dramatic history of persecution and killing at the hands of the Nazi regime.
