Enter Through the Balcony

Creating comfort in the not so spacious Ukrainian housing estates, temporary balconies used to be a complete rarity. Interviews with balcony owners, Council employees, historians, sociologists and also urbanists, developers and architects investigate this phenomenon of small architectural form.
