Opisy(1)

The power of one man's words incited lovers to explore forbidden desires and drew even the most decorous into a world of temptation. The erotically charged writings of D.H. Lawrence (1885-1930) are the backdrop of this dual tale of love and seduction, wherein a brilliant, young man uses Lawrence's works to tempt a woman into an illicit affair, echoing the writer's own tumultuous voyage decades earlier.
Kennethg Branag portrays the young Lawrence, a budding writer whose erotic sensibilities are aroused when meets an older, married woman (Helen Mirren). Their scandalous encounter is later reflected in his books, which bring him to exile and ruin. When David, a modern-day student, enraptured with Lawrence's odes to sensual love, uses them as bait for igniting a relationship, he, like the author he worships, quickly discovers the strength of words to delight - and destroy.
