The heroines of this lyric comedy full of burlesque elements are two girls from a village who get totally engrossed in their day-dreaming. Ida and Rozi escape to the city to catch husbands for themselves. They reckon that they need a husband to get a flat and to get a husband they need to go dancing a lot. The bunch of suitable men for the purpose narrows down soon, however, and the girls learn at their own expense that they have a lot to learn about the use of contraceptive pills and other things. Ida is the more skilled. First she gets Ambrus Dani who is already engaged, then Feri, Fülöp, and some other young men. The failures upset not so much her but Rozi who marries her suitor from her village, a motorman. The best man is chosen to be Dani, so she makes it possible for Ida to enmesh the young man totally at the wedding dinner. (oficjalny tekst dystrybutora)
