Muramatsu, Hayata, Arashi, and Ide fight the entire Zetton alien armada and an invader disguised as Professor Iwamoto attacks Fuji and SSSP command. The mothership appears, unleashing Zetton the Space Dinosaur. After a great battle, the creature defeats Ultraman. Ultraman's colleague, Zoffy, arrives to heal Ultraman.
