Jest 35 000 lat p.n.e. W dziewiczych okolicznościach przyrody mamuty beztrosko dzielą przestrzeń z koniozaurami, kurozaurami i glistozaurami. Dwa sąsiadujące ze sobą plemiona na pozór żyją w pokoju. Plemię Czystowłosych prowadzi szczęśliwą i beztroską egzystencję, pieczołowicie strzegąc tajemnicy formuły szamponu do włosów. Nieopodal, pośród jałowych, brunatnych skał, gnieździ się plemię o włosach brudnych i zlepionych ziemią. Od 800 lat Brudnowłosi próbują wykraść sąsiadom ich największy sekret. Pewnej nocy, spokój Plemienia Czystowłosych zostaje zakłócony: po raz pierwszy w historii została popełniona zbrodnia. Nigdy wcześniej nikt nie zabił drugiego członka plemienia. Jaki sens ma zabijanie skoro ludzie nie są jadalni? Kto rozwiąże tajemnicę morderstwa? Co się stanie, gdy przypadek ten okaże się początkiem całej serrrii morderstw? (SPI)

When you unleash Alain Chabat, the director of Mission Cleopatra, it is clear that things are going to happen. However, while in his previous film he inserted unusually original jokes into the script firmly tied to the source material, here he only inserts jokes. As a result, practically nothing often happens, but when it does, the individual scenes are so uniquely humorous that my diaphragm almost burst.

A contradictory film. One part of my brain actually adores it, so the other part can't stop wondering how such crap could even get made... such brilliant crap.

Sure, it's probably the most ridiculous thing ever made, but the filmmakers really went all out with RRRrrr!!! and there's a joke in every frame, most of which gave me fits of laughter. Does someone who isn't amused and intrigued by the villagers with the same name, the first murder, the first "phone" call or the first sport in history really have a special sense of humour? All of this is done in such an original and crazy style that despite a few awkward moments and the overall silliness, RRRrrr!!! is bound to be indelibly etched in your memory and it will teach you how to take good care of your hair.

To rate RRRrrrr!!! is quite a dilemma. On the one hand, it’s a bit of an infantile bunch of jokes, but on the other, some catchphrases have become popular over the years, many scenes have soaked into viewers’ memories, and one can’t deny the film is ridiculously fun (Maurice Barthélémy rocks!) A silly comedy which at times will leave you breathless.

One legendary one-liner after another, which is why I rate the movie regardless of its actual quality. The story itself and the movie in general is total crap. But what I recall about the first time I saw it, is that I immediately memorized some scenes and lines and they became part of my everyday vocabulary :D
