angielski Yep, Quentin Tarantino Presents, or another of those amazing films that the infamous Czech magazine DVDMag once distributed, apparently only because they were of similar quality to the text on its website. My Name Is Modesty is a really stupid B-film that lacks almost everything. Actors that can act, tension in scenes where it should be, a budget without which (for example) the war flashbacks looked extremely ridiculous... Although it didn't look like it during the opening quarter of an hour, My Name Is Modesty turned out to be a bore (and now I quote the DVD cover for amusement) "from MIRAMAX films, the studio that spawned such audience hits as Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, and Kill Bill". Huh. One star for the aforementioned introduction. ()
