An animated film for children - and for any grownup who is still a child at heart. For a whole generation, Swedish children have been fascinated by a series of books depicting a world of cats. Peter-No-Tail, just an ordinary little cat who has lost his tail but not his talents; Mean Mons, the lovely Minnie-Cream-Nose; and many other memorable characters who experience wonderful and exciting adventures. In the second part, which is a completely independent continuation of the first film, the tailless cat makes the journey of his dreams - to the other side of the Atlantic, where the rats are like skyscrapers...
