An international peace summit aboard the luxury liner Queen Elizabeth II is thwarted by a group of extremists. Every threat is real and no one is immune. Two brothers, one an ATF specialist (Rob Estes) and the other a Secret Service agent (Joe Lando), launch a counterstrike to save the ship and avert global nuclear disaster.
