Herman's Raise (S01E37)

When Herman is forced to work overtime at the parlor, Lily grows furious and convinces him that he deserves a raise. In addition to the fact that they can use the extra money, Lily tells Herman that his years of loyalty to Mr. Gateman, his boss, should not be passed off without reward.
