«Not so long ago we owned our land. When they built the road, the last mill in the valley stopped working. We used to get flour for free, now we have to pay for it. Today we are going to break the road and get the grain back. Do we have to ask permission for that, for owning our land?» In the mountains of northern Spain, Rosa and Victor are the last members of a lineage: the Cunqueiros. The matriarch and her son will gather the 10 inhabitants of the valley to start a rural resistance. (Gijón International Film Festival)
