Two men dead. Accidents or executions? Dr. Eric Powers (Edward Albert) thinks he knows the difference. A member of a top secret experimental group, Powers finds that is invention has been transformed into a powerful anti-terrorist weapon. One invention that, in the wrong hands, could create world havoc and great wealth for a select few. Following his intuition and lovely Beryl Chambers (Leigh Taylor-Young), Powers threads together a plot of mislaid motivations, money and murder.
