I didn't know this film existed and I admit I thought Who Framed Roger Rabbit was the only film of its kind. In this case, it's painfully obvious how much they tried to build on Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but it never amounted to much. It's not funny, even though it tries hard to be, it's not mature, even though it wants us to think it is, and it's only sexy because Kim Basinger is just mesmerizing here. And that's about it.
