I have respect for Vincent Price and Jules Verne, so even though this film is quite poor in terms of special effects - at times, that really stands out - the message brought by Verne's novel is portrayed quite well here. At least that makes Master of the World worth watching. But Price is traditionally good here, so there’s also that. ()
