This film really highlights one thing that's starting to bother me more and more: The excessive use of music to either cover up what's lacking or emphasize what the creators struggle to convey visually and through movement. This is supposed to be an action film in places, but the only action is really in the music, nothing else. It's a shame because even the sequel to the Westworld film had some potential to be interesting and captivating, at least in concept.
