Cut Off

A spoiled heiress (Amanda Brooks) is suddenly cut off by her billionaire father (Malcolm McDowell). To survive she embarks on a crime spree with her loser boyfriend (Thomas Ian Nicholas) and a two faced drug dealer in tow.
