Diego is a middle-aged, ordinary man. After work, he and his wife Blanca lie down on the couch and watch soaps or make love on the kitchen table. For them, sex and watching TV are two interchangeable activities. When Karina, Diego's daughter from his first marriage and an ex-junkie, comes to him in search of support, Diego finds himself caught between a jealous wife and a daughter in desperate need of guidance. An astonishing turn of events will lead Diego to behave in a way which is totally alien to him. An existential and mercilessly hopeless portrayal of human estrangement.
