Sisyphus

This legendary movie which, after it had received the Oscar, inspired many animators, and which introduced the technique, where all is, for the sake of stronger effect, taking place in one layer, to the general public. The film focuses solely on strain and demanding physical work of Sisyphus, the man who rolls the boulder up the hill. A film, bare as bone, works only with black colour animation on white background and with groans. (Anifilm)
