Impossible to rate. Shocking for sure, disgusting as hell, realistic to the core... but what's the point? Why should any normal person watch a documentary about human tragedies and suffering that they would never want to experience or see first hand? If someone suffers from a lack of sex, they watch porn, but if someone doesn't watch suicides, autopsies or car crashes on a daily basis, should they voluntarily watch this? I'm really looking in vain for a reason to let something like this out into the world (just out of respect for the unfortunate victims), however much it may teach you here and there what you should avoid in life.
