Co prawda policjanci i agenci służb specjalnych uważnie przyglądają się procederowi nielegalnego rozlewania alkoholu i handlowi nim w okolicy, niewielu jednak zastanawia się nad tym, skąd ten z pozoru uczciwy polityk czerpie pieniądze na wystawne, pełne przepychu życie.
