The dark humor had the cynic in me purring with delight. Filmmakers often use this topic to tug at the viewers' heartstrings, so this episode was a refreshing breath of air in an otherwise stale landscape. The standout line was definitely, "Did I mention I have cancer?" and the phone calls with the doctor were perfect.
