Frode og alle de andre rødder

Frode is eagerly looking forward to the annual summer party in the neighborhood. He's especially excited this year since the celebration will include the chance to ride a real live elephant! But the grumpy caretaker suddenly decides to overcharge the use of the courtyard, where the party is to be held and Frode's dream of an elephant ride disappears into thin air. Meanwhile one of the neighbors, Mr. Storm, is repeatedly being robbed by a mysterious thief, and is offering a reward to the one who catches the thief. Frode and his friends decide to catch the thief, collect the reward and pay for the summer party themselves. But a gang of mean boys, who are constantly bullying Frode and his friends, also decides to go for the reward by all means necessary.
