Sedamdeset i dva dana

A dysfunctional country family lives on their grandmother's pension, paid by the American army. When the widow of a war hero dies, the family finds an unusual solution to ensures the paychecks will keep coming. The Croatian black comedy employs bizarre situations and energetic punk rock played by the protagonists themselves. The peculiar characters inhabiting Danilo Serbedzija's debut live in a ramshackle house, and they fear neither alcohol nor barely legal activities. Slightly hick humor is intertwined with likeable effort to extricate Croatian cinema from the perpetual topic of war. (Febiofest)
