After the second installment, I was quite pleasantly surprised by this. It's a terrible mess, but the performances, especially Billy Zane, were simply entertaining. It's a B-movie you want to watch because you have the chance to laugh, and besides, you won't be subjected to a bunch of poorly executed special effects that make you feel sick. After the second installment, this is really a leap forward.
