angielski The only thing that is significantly detrimental here is the movie’s incompleteness, which is due to the fact that Teremin's rich life story cannot be crammed into one production, especially when what has been chosen are not always the most interesting or meaningful aspects of his life. But otherwise it is a classic "Zelenka indie" movie, humorous with excellent acting, (not only) thanks to the duo Novotný and Trojan (the exception is the stiff Eliška Boušková and her redundant character). angielski "The instruments don't change, only their use." I was impressed by Ivan Trojan's 100% performance, which perfectly complemented all the others, but only Zelenka's script spoiled my impression at times. I have nothing against tragicomedies, but what bothered me in Teremin was Zelenka's fear of being too serious for too long. The performance seemed to be such that every dramatic scene had to be immediately counterbalanced by some (often cheap) joke designed just to make the audience smile again. And that was a huge shame, especially in the final half hour. Otherwise, I have no objections to it. Even the runtime didn't bother me. ()
