Hardcore Heroin (S06E09)

In Columbus, Ohio, the purity of heroin is on the rise. It's more deadly than ever before, and local paramedics are fighting to save the lives of addicts. Much of the heroin originates from Sinaloa, Mexico, where opium poppies are illegally cultivated. While the Mexican army seeks to destroy these plantations, their lives are at risk. Authorities have cracked down on corruption and old smuggling tactics, but new trafficking techniques are keeping the cartel in business.
