Das Kornfeld - Dschungel für einen Sommer

Cornfields are usually only seen as locations for a simple food source, but they are actually full of wildlife struggling for survival against humans and nature. The field is the site of drama, tragedy and comic situations. This documentary honours nature, not wild nature, but the one we see most of the time and often do not even consider to be a living organism. The film uses various techniques such as time lapse photography of plants, unusual perspectives of the Sun from the animal point of view and slow motion pictures of dripping water and flying animals. The sound is also an excellent feature of this film and combines with all the other parts to make an adventurous movie about a hamster family and the joys and sorrows of their life.
