(HBO)

Like rubbing sandpaper on bare skin – the female protagonist was so insufferable, unfunny and cheaply vulgar. The story follows the classic indie template, nothing surprising. ()
This introduction made me dislike the whole film so much that I couldn't get into it enough to enjoy the second half, or rather the last third, as the film deserved. The characters, especially the heroine of the film, were so unpleasant to me at the beginning that I felt annoyed the whole time. That carried on throughout the entire film, so the impressions are rather mixed. ()
