"Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort" is not a film that deviates significantly from the series, the most interesting fact is probably that it doesn't make sense to talk about the series or any continuity, because there is actually none here. What happened in the fifth installment doesn't matter because something else is happening here. New characters, only the three degenerate killers serve as the cohesive element. I was quite surprised by the lack of creativity in the killings and how it is all basically conservative. On the other hand, it can be seen as a positive aspect for the series and it might interest someone precisely because of that.
