A documentary series about talented young artists who combine enormous willpower and obstinacy – without which they could never follow their dreams. These characteristics have enabled them to turn their hobbies into an integral part of their life-styles and professions – they can't imagine life without them. Jakub Junek – a violinist: This gifted violinist formed an inseparable due with cellist Ivan Vokáč, won a number of competitions, and played in sold-out concert halls. Then lightning struck. The diagnosis is acute leukemia and it changes Jakub's life from day to day. Vladivojna la Chia – a musician: The portrait of a versatile eccentric musician whose creative breadth includes not only songwriting, singing and composing film and theater music, but the visual arts as well. She stirs the quiet waters of the Czech music scene with her eccentricity. Aleš Valášek – a set designer and costume designer: Enchanted by Disney's fairy tales, Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake, and later on by the musicals Phantom of the Opera and Evita, he was led to study stage design and to creating stories full of fantasy, color and music. Despite obstacles and negative human emotions, he's managed to fight for recognition – to signal that the theater scene is a world to which he fundamentally belongs and that he does not intend to give up.
