Trumna w górach

Three stories centred on death and funerals in the cold, rural parts of central China. A young man flees with his pregnant girlfriend after having accidentally killed a man attempting to blackmail the young couple. A woman trapped in a violent marriage confesses to her lover that she plans to kill her husband, who later turns up dead in the forest. Finally, a man is involuntarily drawn into both his son's escape and the murder of the husband. (Montreal World Film Festival)
