Due to the strong influence of the media and their presentation of people as ideal human beings with highly attractive bodies, many people see this as the universal standard. But is it even possible to have the same look as the people we see on the front pages of magazines all over the world? Jiri Vavra, a student of audiovisual production and both the director and protagonist of this film, tried to obtain this "standard" look and become an attractive man over a period of 6 months. He underwent this process of personal transformation under the supervision of a nutritionist, a fitness instructor, a cosmetician and a fashion and hair stylist to find out whether it is possible to at least get closer to the "reality" presented by the media.
