Itso and his buddy drive a special ambulance specializing in carrying those are beyond being helped anymore. Itso's life in the face of the constant stench of death, and his strong sense of peculiar ethics, determine his actions as he turns from a man preventing routine corpse robbing to an uncertain path of a witness, who later gets involved, taking justice in his own hands. Yet how should one find any sense or even love amidst meaningless violence and death? The thriller about revenge, sprinkled with moments of social study and comedy as black as the darkest night, is a portrait of a strong character fighting injustice, disguised by a convincing genre approach and piles of dead bodies.
