Another great episode. The story moved along nicely, the atmosphere was spot on, and the scheming was in full swing. I realized that the show lacks typical good guys, which is refreshing — enough of the boring boy scouts. I’m curious to see how things unfold, as Chikatilo has set an intriguing game in motion. A five-star episode. It had excellent pacing and atmosphere, with intense scheming in both the financial and political arenas. After an amazing episode, this one felt like a bit of a letdown. The plot didn't move forward much, and the pacing slowed noticeably. With other shows, I'd probably rate this lower, but even a weaker episode of Billions keeps me entertained. So, I can't give it less than four stars. (11.04.2018)

Once again, I faced a dilemma. The episode was engaging and interesting, never boring, but it focused too much on the marital issues in the Axelrod family. While this adds depth to the characters, I missed the usual amount of scheming and intrigue. (11.04.2018)

If I complained about the lack of intrigue in the previous episode, the creators definitely shut me up this time. I wouldn’t have believed I’d enjoy watching Chuck track stock market moves so much, but here we are. The season finale was packed with excitement and wrapped up what the previous episode started. The atmosphere was spot-on, the plot was anything but slow, and it was brimming with events. This is the first season that's not getting a five-star rating from me. The series is still great, but most of the plot lacks that "something" that would make me add an extra star. The reconciliation between Bobby and Chuck didn’t do the series any favors. On the other hand, it’s true that I really enjoyed the moments with the two of them working together. The episode picks up right where the last season left off. Initially, I thought it would be a slow start to the new season, but it quickly got interesting with mutually beneficial deals (Chuck) and strategic planning (Bobby). Before I knew it, I was hooked and having a blast. (09.07.2018)

A pretty standard episode. Nothing exceptionally exciting happened, but I wasn’t bored either. Some moments were really entertaining, like Bobby's time at the firm, the deportation of a key witness, and Chuck pressuring the judge. (09.07.2018)

The intro to the third episode was perfect — the only thing missing was the line: "Irene, I love you even without money!" While the rest of the episode wasn’t mind-blowing, I enjoyed the decent amount of manipulation and intrigue. Plus, Clancy Brown as the new Attorney General is a blast. (09.07.2018)

The creators are being pretty sneaky so far. The episode seemed average at first, and just when I thought it might be the weakest of season three, I ended up having a great time. Chuck attending his dad's reunion was fantastic, and the reverse psychology at the foundation meeting was even better. (09.07.2018)

A brutal alliance was formed out of necessity, instantly shifting the balance of power and changing Dr. Gilbert's life. Mr. Hall was called back from his exile, and Mafee was really entertaining. Plus, there were plenty of intrigues and manipulations, which I absolutely love. (10.07.2018)

The second half of season three is clearly hitting its stride. Another five-star episode, with the story maintaining a solid pace and keeping things interesting on all fronts — work, politics, and family. I’m eagerly looking forward to the next episode, and Wendy’s revenge was absolutely hilarious. (10.07.2018)

While Chuck is scheming against the Attorney General and Bobby is scrambling for capital, I feel the show was more compelling when they were plotting against each other. I had a great time watching the bonus allocation scene. I could totally imagine losing my motivation at work because I got a $9 million bonus when I was hoping for $10 million. I’d love to experience such a devastating disappointment someday! I'm really curious to see how Taylor’s storyline develops. (12.07.2018)

As usual with this show, the season finale was top-notch. The events surrounding Taylor really kicked the plot into high gear, and the philosophical debates about the final solution were spot on. The chain of events started by Chuck Rhoades was also captivating, but I was annoyed the season ended just when I was having a great time. (12.07.2018)
