A theme that's exhausted, at least in this film's rendition. A landlord who uses surveillance cameras to monitor residents in the building he manages. There are mainly suggestive scenes here, but you hardly see anything. There is a classic family drama. What surprised me was the ending. I liked it, but otherwise, despite its theme, the movie is quite boring.
