The only upside of this movie are the shots from space. Otherwise, it makes it seem like space is awfully boring and like there’s nothing to do…

Mark Strong tries, and he succeeds quite well, but he's all alone in a story that's too reminiscent of The Martian, even though it takes a serious path and takes place not on Mars but during the journey there. However, the filmmakers didn't give the film the momentum it needed, and it seems too small, even in terms of ideas, to be truly engaging.
