A Town Called Theocracy

Leo lives in a theocracy with strict restrictions on film production. Frustrated and depressed, Leo is compelled to produce and screen adult films at an abandoned theatre. A chance encounter with a woman visiting the city changes his life. (Dubai International Film Festival)
