A beautifully perverse film that made somewhat better use of the updating of Hermann's text than the subsequent Artur and Leontyna, for example. Here it is mainly about Otomar's excellent profile, which I always crave as greedily as the proverbial girls from the quartet; then about the lascivious Ljuba and the completely passive Nataša. There is no need to say more. Nataša then flew away to a pseudo-humoral position in the period of the developed Protectorate, but it would have suited her better to remain a decorative and especially non-aggressive girl.
