Hometown on the Cloud

The Mu family is having a family reunion. The younger two children, Mu Shu and Mu Yu have made successful lives in the big cities while the eldest, Mu Ran, has become a priest to the local Dongba Religion. Both Shu and Yu are bringing a very special guest home to meet the family and their hometown, Lijiang, Yunan. What ensues are a series of clashes between generational gaps, family obligations, traditional values, modern cultures and ethnicity acceptance. (Dances With Films)
