Quiero lo eterno

In La extranjera, M. A. Blanca, the man who used to be known as the singer from the Manos de Topo band, practices a sort of ethnography close to the Street View era thriller to document his own rage against a city, Barcelona, which he didn’t recognize as his. In Quiero lo eterno, Blanca resumes the science fiction codes to get closer t a group of young people the director met at a concert, and who really live in a dimension created by themselves. Outside of society, extreme ninis with their own codes, the protagonists of this fiction that embedded in nightmare, the documentary and the eternal, make us face our own vital confusion. Who are they, and who are us? What do they want, what do we want? The eternal? (Gijón International Film Festival)
