Antártida: un mensaje de otro planeta

Antarctica, which contains nearly 75% of Earth’s freshwater reserves, is the only place in the world where all countries agreed to maintain peace, support research and preserve the environment. But is it reality or mere hypocrisy? And can such cooperation work elsewhere? The film critically explores Antarctica from without and within. With the help of scientists, activists and diplomats, it uncovers the oldest ecosystem on the planet as well as overt and hidden political relations that control it. Will Antarctica become the stage for the next world war, or will it be a leading example of scientific and political cooperation?
