W odległej galaktyce, trzy miliony lat świetlnych stąd, wchodzimy na pokład statku wydobywczego – Czerwonego Karła. Jego załoga to Dave Lister – ostatni żyjący człowiek; Arnold Rimmer – hologram jego kumpla; Cat – stworzenie, które powstało w kilka eonów w efekcie ewolucji z puchatego pupilka Listera; oraz Holly – komputer pokładowy. Wszyscy oni próbują wrócić na Ziemię żeby wreszcie się wykąpać. W trakcie podróży w czasie i przestrzeni natykają się na Krytona – paranoicznego robota. Back to Earth (2009) (S09) 

angielski Old friends return with a new helping of space fun. They've toned down the bang, added a few more wrinkles (I'm actually quite surprised they haven't killed themselves in the cabin in that time), have better visual effects (but still retain that beautifully naive childlike B-ness), and the audience laughter is no longer there. The biggest downside to this trilogy is that it's just a trilogy and not a straight up series. I'm sure the boys would be up for it. The episodes show that they are moving with the times (CSI parodies, making fun of DVDs), the jokes are a bit more accessible to all viewers (not just RD fans), but they still have the usual energy (the Blade Runner quote in the third part is a treat)... It's a lot, but it could have been more. I want a movie! I want a movie! I want a movie! ()

Season 10 (2012) (S10) 

angielski Red Dwarf is back in all its glory (I know, I know, there was no other way to do it with the Cat) and the tenth series is just a joy. The fourth episode, Entangled, is a bit too involved for my taste, but I'm not afraid to rank at least three episodes (with Jesus, Lister and Rimmer's father) among the best with which Red Dwarf has ever assaulted the audience's diaphragms.
