Amy and David are confronted with questions from their kids regarding the nature of their relationship. In court, she must decide whether to award custody of a child to his father, who is in the Federal Witness Protection Program. Elsewhere, Maxine deals with a group of high-schoolers she suspects have made a suicide pact in response to the accidental death of a popular classmate, and Peter preps for his first performance with his new band, Roadkill Five.
