The episode fell a bit flat for me, with too much focus on Miss Walker's mental state and not enough on the intrigue in the mining industry. The visit to the uptight Victorian Priestleys was amusing, but the scenes at Sowden's pigsty didn't add any extra entertainment value. So, I’m sticking with three stars for this one.
