Seconds to Spare

A deadly assassin has hijacked a passenger train and is threatening to detonate a deadly can of poison with the potential to wipe out an entire city if he isn't given a 25 million dollar ransom. As the authorities attempt to thwart the madman and the train races toward a potentially deadly end, it becomes apparent that they will have to call the one man who can possibly stop the fiendish plot--former DEA agent Paul Black (Antonio Sabato, Jr.).
