Uued naabrid

Tapa is a railway junction 90 km from Tallinn. During the Soviet occupation, it housed a Red Army training centre and airport. Then, the population was 12000 people, now it is half the size and half are Russian-speaking people. The neglected Soviet training centre is a stone’s throw from the NATO base where in Spring 2017 allied forces moved in. (Estonian Film Institute)
