Sjoerd, Dennis, Mendez and two boys named Tommy are taking a course on how to deal with aggression. This is because they have all committed an offence involving an act of violence. "You should not control aggression, but manage it," the coach says, and explains what he means with the help of a Coke bottle. When the bottle is too full and you shake it, the contents squirt out; the same thing happens when frustrations get bottled up. Adreline documents the course, in which the boys talk frankly about their experiences and about working on a future without violence.
